Hi, This is Firoz Mahmud.

I have been working as an analyst at Seeing Machines since May 2023. My responsibilities include:

• Classifying live data and taking appropriate action quickly.
• Diagnosing system errors and informing clients as required.
• Contributing to product improvement through submissions of ideas and suggestions.

Prior to this role, I served as a graduate researcher in Computer Science at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) at the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) in Canberra, Australia. Back in Bangladesh, I worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET). Alongside teaching, I also served as a CCNA instructor at Cisco Local Academy, RUET, and as an ICT trainer at the Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC).
